Due to the challenges I have personally overcome, I am a big believer in inspiring and empowering women and minorities of all ages to pursue their dreams despite the obstacles they may face. MY WHY
From an early age, I knew I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself. By the time I reached age seven, I was already determined to make an indelible imprint onto the world. I am a lifelong educator, speaking my truth, and lending my strengths, passions, and experiences to every encounter. Evangelizing the importance of DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion), shaping the future of Technology through innovation, encouraging the youth and minorities to consider STEM careers — I share my stories to inspire others to DREAM BIG. I am energized by the opportunity to make the world a better place, connecting with grace, generosity, sincerity, and humility.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Tameka holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineer with a focus in Human Factors and an MBA with a focus in Leadership. She has contributed to several industries and across various disciplines, including Energy, Technology, Retail, and Manufacturing. Through her personal consultations and philanthropic endeavors, Tameka encourages others to reach for the stars and not stop until they obtain them all! She is people-obsessed and understands the transformative power of meaningful connections. In her upcoming book Conquering Uncertainty, Tameka shares her life lessons and practical applications for navigating your personal journey.
